Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NFTFIGHTERS LLC (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to participate in competitive matches involving entry fees. You may not use this Platform if your local laws prohibit skill-based competitions or digital prize games.

3. Nature of the Game

NFTFIGHTERS LLC is a competitive, skill-based game. Each match is determined solely by the player's skill, timing, and decisions. Fighters have unique attributes, but are balanced for fair competition. Matches are powered by the deterministic Universal Fighting Engine 2 (UFE2), with no random elements or RNG.

4. Entry Fees & Prizes

• Players may enter paid matches using Wrapped Ethereum (WETH), ABSTRACT ETH.
• The prize pool is the combined entry fees from both players.
• The winner receives 90% of the prize pool.
• The Platform retains a 10% service fee (from the total pool, not the winner's share).

Note: Entry fees are not wagers. They are participation fees in a skill-based competition.

5. Fair Play & Replays

• All matches are recorded and replays are accessible to both players.
• Replays can be shared publicly and reviewed for transparency.
• Results are based on real-time inputs via UFE2 and are independently verifiable.
• Cheating, exploits, botting, and collusion will result in audits, suspensions, or bans.

6. Token & Wallet Use

NFTFIGHTERS LLC does not hold or store user funds. Users are responsible for managing their wallets. All transactions are handled via smart contracts on Ethereum and require user authorization.

7. No Gambling Policy

NFTFIGHTERS LLC is not a gambling platform. It does not involve chance-based outcomes, lotteries, sweepstakes, or betting. The Platform is intended strictly for skill-based gameplay in jurisdictions where it is legal.

8. Jurisdiction & Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with their local laws regarding skill-based digital competitions. NFTFIGHTERS LLC may restrict access in jurisdictions with unclear or restrictive laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and code are the intellectual property of NFTFIGHTERS LLC or its licensors. Player-owned NFTs used in gameplay do not grant commercial rights to platform assets or logic.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided “as-is.”
• No guarantees of uptime, availability, or outcome are made.
• Blockchain use involves risks (e.g. gas fees, delays, price fluctuations).
• NFTFIGHTERS LLC is not liable for technical issues or user losses.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Delaware Court of Chancery or other applicable legal authority.

12. Changes to the Terms

NFTFIGHTERS LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
